The 4halo RFID tire tag is a technology which is embedded on a rubber patch. The tag is programmed with a unique code that identifies the tire, enabling automatic reading to see the type and size of the tire as well as its unique identity number. This will make it easy for tire management, asset tracking, tire repairing and prevent tire theft and cloning. It can stand high temperature and violent crash during the manufacturing process and tire using.
The 4halo tag can be built into the tires that can be recapped several times. It has been tested to survive several hundred thousand miles under real world conditions and does not generate a potential early failure point in the tire.
