Composite video output with Arduino from external SRAM

Using SPI, keeping the video memory in the external chip.

I don’t think I will use the 64KB, but it comes in DIP packaging and operates at 5.5v.

This design has an obvious problem: can’t update the video memory and update the video output at the same time.

There’s some time left between frames though.
