This stabilizer is going to be used for scuba diving. It is great for getting smoother shots out of water as well. I thought of this while thinking about how I was going to take underwater video’s while scuba diving. You could attach a bracelet and attach it to the frame as well also you could attach lights onto the frame for night time diving.
